* Purchased 09/2018 with 216k on the body and 110k on the engine
* Currently has almost 234k on the body and 128k on the engine
* Records from 3 owners from 2005 to current
* There is some seam rust, dents, dings, scratches etc. It is well-loved and used for what it's built for while being very well taken care of. The interior is in great shape but not without signs of use. The door panels could use some repair or used as-is (flattening bent edges and re-glueing vinyl around edges). Sink, cooktop, fridge, heater, beds... all camp equipment works great. I cut strips out of the floor, put down tracks and have a 2-person middle seat that slides in/out. We use this for child carseats and put it in a small tent while camping. It's great to be able to turn around and attend to the kids while driving and having the van be a 6 seater. There are anchors for child carseats but no seatbelts for the middle seat. There are seatbelts and child carseat anchors for the rear bench seat. This van is wonderful. It has provided us with great experiences and memories and we are sad to sell it. It has been very reliable and treated us very well. We purchased it from around Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and road-tripped it back to Denver and would do it again! We were JUST out camping in it so the pictures show it uncleaned and with some gear still in it. I wouldn't hesitate to jump in and take this anywhere, anytime... road-trip, camping, 4x4`ing etc. The A/C does not work right now but when it did it blew cold and was great. It was working until last August. I was quoted around $1,200 to get it working. I didn't bother fixing it because we weren't really using it anyway. I'm sure I've missed some information, dates are estimates mostly. I have a stack of service records and can get digital copies from the shop that has serviced it for the past few years.
* The windshield is cracked but it doesn't obstruct the driver's view so I haven't replaced it.
* Mechanical/body
* 2001 Subaru Legacy 2.5l, conversion done with Rocky Mountain Westy kit
* New head gaskets 8/2017 (not sure on mileage but it's in the records)
* New transmission built by German Transaxle with re-geared 3rd/4th and re-inforced 3rd (new clutch, new mounts, have service record - done at 221k body miles, so about 13k miles on the new transmission today - did proper break-in and 5k service)
* Mods/improvements while rebuilding
* 3rd gear is 1.22
* 4th gear is .82
* Case is sleeved
* New carrier
* New rack and pinion (Guard Transaxle heavy duty 5.83)
* Decoupler to switch between 2WD and 4WD
* Rear locker
* Radiator, fan and stainless coolant lines 2-6 years ago (I forget what the previous owner did and what I did - have service records)
* New catalyric converter within the past couple of years
* New gauges/tach circuit board maybe 6 years ago
* Various bushings, steering/suspension components etc done as needed (have service records)
* Rocky Mountain Westy aluminum coolant tank
* New CVs 9/2018
* Go Westy springs
* Old Man Emu shocks
* Small Car rear big break kit
* New front drive shafts
* Big Shot shifter
* 16'' Go Westy alloy wheels with new KO2s (have service record)
* Rocky Mountain Westy front and rear bumpers
* Driver's side spare tire swing out
* South Africa style front grill with new headlights/brights
* Yakima tracks for roof rack with crossbars and storage basket
* Interior/camp/extras
* Truckfridge
* Propex propane heater
* Newer Surflo faucet (1-2 years old) and water pump (~6 years old)
* LED interior lights + 2 rechargable magnetic strip lights
* All window curtains, front windshield cover, rear hatch bug net, slider door bug net
* Bus Depot pop-top canvas
* Shady Boy awning
* Dodge minivan stow-n-go front seats with arm rests and swivel bases (very comfortable). I have seat covers on them with heating/cooling... one of the pictures shows the seats with one seat cover pulled down to show the perfect condition of the seats.
* Newer stereo with front/rear speakers and a small subwoofer (runs off house battery, sub-woofer is under driver's seat where old house battery was so you don't loose space for it - sounds great)
* Electrical
* 140w solor panel on roof
* Morning Star solor controller, trickle charger, isolator (charge from van, shore power and/or solar)
* Two new golf cart batteries 6/2019 (relocated to under bench seat)
* I think we've gone up to 6 or 7 days without being particular about solar charging and still had power
